Never Give Up and to Aspirate to Perfection
The primary idea was to start a café in a cozy corner of the Vanadzor. And this café would be like a green oasis distinguishing in its appearance and nature, where it would be possible to abstract away from routine and reality, and to enjoy the taste and smell of Armenian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The construction of the café took long and difficult 10 years, as there weren’t all the necessary means, and each stone and particle should have had their unique place and shape.
When furnishing the café we were travelling to different Regions to procure both the items belonging to the beginning of the past century and the earlier eras. Moreover, people were offering us the items that they had preserved for so long and which were really precious for them. In the end we had a wonderful cozy corner where one could enjoy a cup of coffee. Unfortunately the café didn’t work, as it lacked for necessary technical means.
By participating in business trainings of “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project organized by Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) and funded byEuropean Union I decided to relaunch the business of “Karandzav” café. I needed new kitchen equipment. The project helped me to fulfill the set goal. And I got the grant.
It is pleasant, when in any aspects, next to you there are the organizations, which are ready to support us – the businesswomen. I will advise all present and future businesswomen never give up and to aspirate to perfection.
