Business Success Formula:
Diligence, will and ability to struggle
Back in 2014 I used to work in Odzun Art School for kids as a teacher of painting and art history. That year was a major turnover in my life and an important start in my business. It was in the same year that I lost my work and thanks to the assistance of my husband managed to realize my lifetime dream. I decided to found a production line of semi-finished goods. The support and trust of my family was of utmost importance for me. The premises ware neat, comfortable and were saturated with necessary assets. Comfortable workplace for quality products, ecologically clean raw materials exempt from diverse fertilizers and additives – these were the tokens of my success.
Persistence and diligence were my beacons until we managed to win the trust and high evaluation of our buyers.
The prestige of our products rose even higher after my participation in the project “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” which was funded by the European Union and the Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA). Currently I am not solely a good producer but also a good business manager. The vehicle acquired within the framework of the said project allows of transporting the products to different shops of the province. The existence of the transport created sufficient grounds for augmenting the number of our clients.
I do encourage all women to follow their dreams. Today we have all favourable conditions to be involved into entrepreneurial activities. What is more, we have an organization like the AYWA which renders support to those undertaking their first steps. I am happy to be a member of this organization.
