Musician by profession Irina Israelyan started her business from pastry production. Apart from that almost 5 years she is dealing with the provision of hotel services. Mrs. Irina's "Iris" B&B is acting since 2010. For improving business skills she participated in many trainings in Armenia as well as abroad.
As Mrs. Irina is very active and motivated, she turned her romantic business ideas into a persistent and consistent work. The persistence helped Ms. Irina and she took her chance - participated in business trainings, organized in the framework of Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia Project in Lori region.
The grant provided and new opportunities for cooperation gave the desired result. Irina Israelyan expanded guest services, offering tourists camping services.
"I decided to participate in entrepreneurship training and develop my "camp service" business concept as an innovative idea for Armenia. It was approved. I am very pleased that due to the Project I could get necessary items. For having camp service I am able to provide jobs for 3 more women". Now the business has permanent customers from all over the world. Mrs. Irina works differently with each trying to please everyone.
Irina Israelyan has been nominated for Prime Minister's "Best Woman Entrepreneur 2015” award recommenced by AYWA and got the "Best Brand" diploma.
