Lilit Danielyan

Was born in Yerevan in 1976. She graduated from the Secondary Music School named after Tchaikovski in 1994. From 1997 to 2001 she was soloist at the State Song Theatre of Armenia. She graduated from the State Institute of Theatre and Film in Yerevan in 2001.

In 2003 Lilit Danielyan founded and continues to head the “Tnak” (“Little House”) children’s musical theatre group. Her first book of poems, “Look at the Woman”, was published in 2005, and her first CD of children’s songs, “La la la”, was released that same year. Her second “La la la” CD of Children’s songs was released in 2006.

In 2007 her CD, based on Nahapet Kuchak’s Hayrens, was released.

She is author of children’s musical project “Astghik”, aired by Shant TV in 2008. She is also the producer and musical producer of the project.

Lilit Danielyan has also written children’s musicals like “The Dog and the Cat”, “The Drop of Honey” and “How the Colours Painted a Festival”, which has been performed by the “Tnak” theatre group on a number of occasions.

She is married and has one daughter.
