AYWA participated in Shamshadin Honey and Berry festival

Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) participated traditional Shamshadin honey and berry festival was held in a bordering Berd town of Tavush region.
Various products of “HayKar” social enterprise, works of carpeting and pottery groups established by the initiative of AYWA in different communities of Lori region were presented to the visitors.
The festival was an opportunity to taste honey and berries, dishes and drinks made from them, to get acquainted with cultural values of communities, crafts typical for the region, thematic handmade works, as well as to contribute to ethnic tourism and local development of the region.
