Business Success Formula:
Persistence, aspiration, vigour and diligence

I produce roasted legumes in Vanadzor city. I had my first experience when I was still a student; I used to serve roasted and salted peanut to my family members and my friends. Receiving their consent I started selling it in a couple of stores. After my marriage, on the initiative of my husband, my production was introduced in all shops of Vandzor city.
Since 2012 I have been producing a brand new legume – roasted peanut with salt and pepper which was a novelty in the Armenian market. “NUT”was my trade mark. There was a continuously growing interest towards our products.
Participating in business trainings organized by the Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) in the framework of the “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project .I was awarded the grant to expand my business and to export my products. In the framework of the same project I managed to acquire new facilities due to which new workplaces were created. Thanks to this Project a couple of women from Vanadzor are currently employed. As far as our consumers are concerned, they have delicious and quality products.
My experience shows that very few believe in their own strength and are instantly disappointed in their own initiatives. However, in order to have success one must love the work she does, must be devoted, have persistence and aspiration.
