Formula for Business Success:
Money is not a dream; the most important thing is the outcome.

A couple of years back hardly could you find any shop in Spitak, which would sell nicely decorated candles. Maybe some will think that the candles were not that important for the inhabitants of the community and consequently there was no sense in selling such products. However, there was certain demand and I did manage to challenge the aforesaid assumption with my activities which I really enjoy. I have a functioning business, bearing the name “BeeArt”. I produce beeswax candles and honey in organic packaging.
“BeeArt” has undertaken its first steps hand in hand with Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA). When I was participating in“Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project funded by the EU and carried out by the AYWA, I was working hard in order to make my business idea more tangible and realistic. I was able to clearly see the aim, I had the business plan elaborated throughout the course, however, the path underlying between the aim and the business plan was full of uncertainty, fear, lack of financial resources, criticism of my relatives and friends. Alas, those assisting me were but a few.
One of those who believed in me was AYWA, which contributed by not solely rendering necessary resources, professional knowledge and skills, but also by encouraging to move forward and not to let the hardships break me down.
Everything starts with the faith: a year ago I firmly believed that I was going to have my own production line and that I would create work places in my region. Today everything is tangible.
I would strongly recommend all women and girls to believe in their own strength and to believe in success inhabiting inside each of them.
