Business Success Formula:
Unbending will and reliable cooperation

People in our community are fond of iced coffee and tea. There was no local company making these beverages before my enterprise started.
While this business idea was fermenting in my mind, I was informed about the “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project.
As a member since 2006, I have actively participated in many events organizedby Armenian Young Women’s Association. These events were very educational and provided necessary trainings for women’s professional self-development.
I am very impressed by the events holding in the framework of the Women’s Entrepreneurship International Week on June 8-11 of 2015. There, I met not only Armenian, but also women entrepreneurs from different countries. I participated in roundtable discussions, different meetings and learned about the stories of women entrepreneurs. All this was very inspiring and convincing. From July to August of the same year I participated in abusiness trainings with CEFE methodology. The Training was funded by the European Union in the framework of “Social and Economic Empowerment of Women in Armenia” project, where I learned how to develop a business plan and how to start my own business.
Having successfully completed the course, I started my new business enterprise. Thanks to the project, my business plan won a grant and I was given the opportunity to create my own company. Now, I have a production plant of iced coffee and tea, as well as packaged black coffee. My product is delivered to various distribution points in our region.
Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA) courses provide the necessary knowledge to start one’s own business. It is advantageous to join this type of organization and with our expertise contribute to the development of women's entrepreneurship.
