Member of Women Entrepreneurs Network in Armenia Lilit Tshughuryan participated in Cherie Blair mentorship program

I joined "Cherie Blair Foundation" Mentorship Program from May 11, 2015, my candidacy was promoted by the Armenian Young Women’s Association and the Women Entrepreneurs Network of Armenia.

First of all, I want to emphasize the high level of organization.
The Mentorship Program is unique, because it is built on the basis of an applicant’s assessment of the current situation, the mentee’s business plan, future steps.
Such an approach allows mentors to consult and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the mentee’s business, the possibilities of creating or revising the business plan.
The mentorship program was based on the following points presented by me;

• Maintain the company’s position in the market

• Modify existing business consulting and training services, rebuild and create new services

• Access international market

The one-year project also concerned the marketing, public relations, online advertising, and business communication, taking into account the peculiarities of both local and international markets.
Thanks to the project. I had the opportunity to clarify the target audience, key areas of my business, and create new business consulting and training services.
Thanks to the Cherie Blair Foundation Project website. Due to the platform, I introduced the business, and thanks to the forum for open discussions,because I gained international business relations by expanding the scope of my partners.
One year later, in September 2016, I received a certificate for the successful completion of the Mentership Graduate Program of the Charlie Blair Foundation.

Once again, I would like to mention that my participation in the program was made possible due to the Armenian Young Women’s Association and the Women Entrepreneurs Network for ongoing support to the start-up and operating women entrepreneurs throughout many years of activity.
